Basic dividend policy

Placing importance on consolidated result-based profit returns from a mid- to long-term perspective, Yellow Hat’s basic dividend policy is to aim for a consolidated payout ratio of 30%, and to distribute profits while taking into consideration such factors as consolidated financial results, financial position, and investment plans.
It is Yellow Hat’s basic policy to pay dividends of surplus twice a year in the form of an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The dividend decision-making body is the Board of Directors for both interim dividends and year-end dividends.
